400 ml of milk; 2 cups of self raising flour; 2 tablespoons of lard; 2 tablespoons or 14g of granulated sugar; whisked thoroughly; oven baked for 30 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius in a preheated (add 20 minutes at 200 minutes) to bake.
Should make 1-12 cakes! Decorate or plain - it’s your choice!
